Pet Policy

Our pet-friendly apartments for rent in Myrtle Beach, SC have a limit of two pets per apartment home. Please note that residents will be required to pay an initial non-refundable pet fee and small monthly pet rent for two pets max. Certain breed restrictions may apply. 
 
  • Pet Policy Type: Cats and Dogs
  • Max Number of Pets: 2
  • Pet monthly rent min: $20
  • Pet policy fee min/max: $350 – $700
  • Pet policy: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet
  •  Weight limit: 85lbs. 
  • All pets must be approved.
  • Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bulldog, Karelian Bear Dog, any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.
All applicants are required to complete a pet application through PetScreening, our trusted third-party pet screening service.
  • Cost for a household pet profile: $30 when payable by credit card or $25 when payable by ACH.
  • $0 for an Assistance Animal Accommodation request.
  • $0 for a no-pet/no-animal profile.
